    • Applicants must submit their undergraduate study transcripts.
    • Applicants must submit an official document from their university describing the university’s grading system, especially if the transcript does not include CGPA, marks, or score percentile. All documents must be certified.

  • Two letters of recommendation from referees (e.g., lecturer, supervisor, or immediate superior)

Eligibility Criteria for Malaysian International Scholarship(MIS) 2024-25

Applicants must meet the following criteria to apply online for the Malaysian International Scholarship (MIS):

  • Age limit: Not more than 40 years old for Master’s degree applicants and 45 years old for Ph.D. degree applicants.
  • Academic requirements:
    • For Master’s degree: Applicants must have a minimum of Second Class Upper (Honours) or a minimum CGPA of 3.5 in their Bachelor’s degree.
    • For Ph.D.: Applicants must have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or excellent results at the Master’s degree level in a field related to the intended Ph.D. study.
  • A written proposal is relevant to the field of study, with a minimum of 1,000 words.
  • Proof of English language proficiency, such as IELTS or TOEFL scores.
